Who knew!


I love peppers! So yummy and I am pretty sure they are healthy:) I used part of this pepper this morning in my scrambled eggs. I also added fresh garlic and jalapeño and a thin slice of cheddar.  My mouth is happy!

This afternoon I will sauté meat (either ground round or ground turkey) with peppers onion and a little spikes seasoning and stuff the rest of this pepper with the meat and place 1 thin slice of cheddar on top and cook for about 20 minutes in the oven at 375 degrees. Yummy!!!!
