It fluctuates but I still went down. I feel good because I went to the gym yesterday and I ate clean but I think the sushi last night kicked in little water retention from the sodium.
Breakfast:
Oatmeal with almonds and almond milk and coffee with almond milk
Lunch:
Salad
Dinner:
Veggies and black beans
Snacks:
Apple and almonds
Drink a gallon of water… Side note it’s not that hard to drink a gallon of water if you just drink 8 of those 16 oz bottles of water that you see at the store. Through out the day…1 at each meal, 1 to and from work and 1 before, during and after you work out.
