Yepper…not sure what happened but….. Still feeling good probably retain a little water but that’s OK… I do have to make a revision from yesterday I made a taco salad for dinner but we use a meat substitute because I don’t eat beef… And I really do think there is a lot of sodium in it because my husband put a lot of seasoning in the food last night.

Breakfast:

Coffee with Almond milk and Avocado toast from Kale Me Crazy.

Lunch:

Salad with Blackeyed Peas

Dinner:

Salmon and green beans

Snack:

Almonds
