Ahhhhh…moving in the right direction.

Walk 30 min or play for at least 30 min.

Organize my desk.

Finish the edits on my book and work on a budget.

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with almonds and vanilla almond milk and coffee with Almond milk.

Vitamins:

Thyroid support, b12 and d

Warm water, cayenne, lemon, apple cidar vinegar and honey

Lunch:

Green protein smoothie

Dinner:

Veggie plate

At night a glass of water with fiber.

Saved 6 + 7= 13
