Surprisingly feeling good…I feel good because I am seeing progress. Not so much on the scale but definitely in my attitude and energy and that has a lot to do with how I am treating myself both mentally and physically.

I Got This!

Breakfast was a green smoothie, coffer with almond milk and my shot of water, apple cidar vinegar cayenne pepper and lemon juice.

Lunch:

Southwest Quinoa bowl

Dinner:

Sauteed kale and cabbage with black beans.

Btw… I have to update dinner last night in lunch actually for lunch I want of having a black bean Burger and sauteed cabbage from Houston’s and for dinner I wound up having homemade vegetarian chili, salmon croquettes, and a small piece of my daughter’s cheese sandwich.

I know I’m all over the place on this blog but it’s not meant to be the most professional thing is meant to be a documentation of progress and hopefully a little bit of inspiration. This morning I also woke up and listened to one of my Oprah conversations from Super Soul Sunday before I got out of bed. For me that is a great way to start the day.

To help my business I’m gonna make a to-do list and document the challenges that I need to overcome.

Personally for my health I’m going to work out and eat clean.
