Worked out last night. Woke up this morning feeling good. Listened to some of ny motivational videos on YouTube. Wrote my goals down last night before I went to bed but I forgot to read them out loud but I still wrote them down and got them in my head before I went to bed. Woke up this morning and dropped my little babies off at school and on my way to see my niece enter awards ceremony at her school. I will be working and following up with customers. My goal was to call 100 customers yesterday and I did not I only called 50 customers yesterday. But I did keep my promise to myself which was to do 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of cardio.

Breakfast:

Avacado toast and coffee with almond milk

Lunch:

Salad with a vegan wrap

Dinner:

Collard green and black beans
