Rainy Friday but I feel good. Today is gonna be a great day!

Went to the gym last night and the night before so I am very very proud of myself. I’d like the way I feel when I eat a plant based diet so I’m definitely Leaning towards a vegan without lifestyle but I really do like eggs and I like some cheese but not a lot or not as much as I used to. I have still been eating fish and seafood periodically but what I notice is that when I eat those things they usually come with sauces and stuff so it’s still not as clean as I wanna be. Therefore today I am going to really focus on cutting that out since I do wanna be vegan and as opposed to just veganish…lol!!

Breakfast: So far is just coffee and almond milk. I ran out of the house to an appointment so I have not had breakfast yet and I know that’s not a good thing but it is what it is.

Lunch: tbd
