Hahaha…I forgot to post this morning so I am now posting but it is my weight after I put on clothes. It is amazing how calm I am about my lack of progress. The old me would be having a panic attack but the new me is honest about the fact that I have to work on my eating habits. I am going to start updating my good intake at the end of the day which will show what I really ate as opposed to what I planned on eating and then failed miserably. Let’s do this!
