Feeling good this morning headed to the gym. I just had a great motivator happen yesterday. I was on Facebook and one of the people that I’m Facebook friends with put out a challenge to do 1 mile A-day so I said sure I’m in and so I feel like that’s something fun that I can do with other people and still get some exercise in every day. I’m really focusing on ways that I can exercise and do what I need to do physically to get my exercise in and still enjoy it. Breakfast: Green shake consisting of spinach, strawberries, fuel from Arden’s Garden and vegan protein, acai juice and almond milk
Lunch:
Veggie Burger on a salad and fries with water.
Snack:
Cheese stick an orange
