Feeling really good! Hubby made a interesting breakfast….and I loved it. He made sauteed sweet potatoes, strawberries and coffee with almond milk and I was in heaven!!!

I am at Whole Foods now having lunch. And amazes me how people say that you can’t get healthy food at a reasonable price. Sometimes that may be true but I have found in most cases healthy food in the long run is less expensive than just food.. Today I got brussel sprouts with balsamic onions and fire roasted root vegetables for less than $6 and it was yummy!

When I finish with lunch I’m going to the gym to walk one mile on the treadmill. My goal is to be out of the 200 by the end of the month but I think that might be a little too ambitious and my personal mission is to be healthy not necessarily just lose weight fast but to be healthy even if it means losing weight slow but I am gonna push myself to reach that goal.

Breakfast:

Sauteed sweet potatoes, strawberries and coffee with almond milk

Lunch:

brussel sprouts with balsamic onions and fire roasted root vegetables and a spinach, kale, romaine salad with crunch veggies on top.

Dinner:
