Moving in the right direction and it feels good. I’m doing a little 10 day green smoothie thing just to hit reset. However once again I do not believe in staving myself so I will be having healthy snacks in between my green smoothies. I am feeling really good and honestly I don’t have to do this 10 day green smoothie but a good friend of mine is doing it and I think it’s a great idea. I’ve also seen some people that I really trust reset their system and move in the direct direction with this 10 day green smoothie thing. I will also be walking one mile today as well as cleaning off my desk. And working on a budget 🙂

Yeah! Cleaned off most of my desk and I had 2 green smoothies today and for snacks I had hummus withcelery and carrots and for evening snack I had avacado with a egg broiled on top with siracha and salsa
