Life is good. Green smoothie for breakfast lunch and dinner.

I still eat good healthy snacks in between surges of kale and Apple salad or in evening I have a 1/2 avacodo and egg. I’m struggling to make my 50 calls a day so I dropped my goal down to atleast 25 calls and then I’ll work my way backup to 50 and a 100 and maybe even 1 day 200 but I do know I wanna make my goal to work my calls up to 100 per day.

Egg, almonds, coffee with cream and bottled water. I’ll be getting my green smoothie in about a hour but I needed something to eat now:) Btw…I brought my snacks from home…
