Pissed…..ate veggies yesterday. Did not have my shakes but I did not eat bad. At lunch I had a veggie burger with no bread. Did have a little spinach and artichoke dip from Houstons. OK so there was a few things that idea wrong but nothing crazy and over the top and I definitely did not have all my water yesterday so it’s ok but still 3 pounds that’s ridiculous. Whatever…. I wish not to talk about this anymore I just have to do better. As I wrote this I realize there were some things I didn’t quite do right yesterday but still I think 3 pounds of excessive!!!
