This is usually where I quit but not this time. I am so glad that there are people in my life and people on Facebook that have journaled their weight loss journey and/or fitness trainers. The scale has not moved much in the last week or two but I have stayed motivated somehow and just paid attention to the advice that I’ve seen online and from people at the gym. I have heard over and over and over again don’t always pay attention to the scale pay attention to how your clothes fit. I now need a new belt, I feel good, my big girl jeans are too big and I am wearing jeans that I could not fit into 1 week ago. Seeing the scale go down is great but when that stops happening for a little bit start paying attention to how your clothes fit, you may be surprised to learn that you still are losing weight but it may not show up on the scale.
