When you eat like crap, you feel like crap. I had a great weekend with friends however I ate a lot of bread and cheese and this morning I woke up feeling like crap. I have specifically made a commitment to not eat bread and cheese because I feel better when I don’t eat it. However this weekend I threw caution to the wind and just ate whatever and this morning I feel like yucky and my weight jumped up quite a bit. I am not mad but I am disappointed in my choices and I am committed to doing better. This journey is not easy but it is simple…get exercise, eat clean, drink water, put good nutrients in your body, stay consistent and disciplined. I got this and so do you!! Let’s make this happen in 2019…no excuses.
