I know variety is the spice of life but I am loving this kale, egg and a little cheddar combo for breakfast!  Btw…I also take a multivitamin,  chromium picolinate, and liquid minerals.  I have been feeling better and better every day.  I did not weigh myself today because I am by nature a “scale addict” and I know that is not healthy but lets just say my belly does not feel as puffy since I have become stricter about eating clean:) Have a rocking day!
